1.) I believe Richey would probably approve of a petition for the United States to end its decades' old trade embargo against Cuba. If you sign it, you might not want to mention Richey, like some people have.)

2.) According to Mayor Ken Livingstone, the London Astoria, the site of Richey's last shows with the Manics in 1994, and many other concerts, is definitely being torn down and replaced by a train station in 2017.
